0. Who provides Content Hub Kids

Content Hub Kids is operated by Costa Hub s.r.o., IČO 23882271, Školská 660/3, Nové Město, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic ("we"). These terms are governed by Czech law.

1. The service

Content Hub Kids streams short animated series for children and families, for personal, non-commercial viewing. The catalog is original content produced for Content Hub Kids, including series created with the assistance of AI production tools, and every published episode is reviewed by a human before release. The app is intended to be set up and supervised by a parent or guardian; settings, the parent account and all purchases live behind an adults-only gate.

1a. Parent account

Buying coins requires a parent account: an email address verified with a one-time code. Children do not create accounts. The account holder is responsible for purchases made with it and for the parental controls in the Grown-ups zone (approve every unlock, daily unlock limit). You can delete the account at any time in the Grown-ups zone; the coin balance is removed with it.

1b. Coins and purchases

What coins are. Coins are a virtual currency that unlocks episodes inside Content Hub Kids. One episode costs a fixed number of coins shown in the app (currently 20). Coins have no value outside the app, cannot be transferred, exchanged or paid out, and we do not change the coin price of an episode you have already unlocked.
How you buy them. Coin packs are sold through the App Store or Google Play; the store shows the price in your currency before you confirm, and the price per episode is shown next to every pack. Each pack is a whole number of episodes. The purchase contract is concluded with the store operator under its terms; we deliver the coins to your account immediately after the store confirms the payment.
The Family Club. The Family Club is an optional monthly subscription sold through the App Store or Google Play (currently 3.99 USD, 3.99 EUR or 99 CZK a month; the store shows the price in your currency before you confirm). While it is active, every episode costs fewer coins (currently 10 instead of 20), and every paid month adds coins to the balance (currently 300). It does not open episodes by itself and is not unlimited watching: each episode is still unlocked with coins, and the parental controls still apply. It renews automatically every month until you cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account; cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to stop the next charge. Cancelling stops future charges, and the membership lasts until the end of the month already paid for. Coins you received stay on the balance after the membership ends and do not expire; episodes then cost the normal number of coins again. A free trial, where one is offered, adds no coins. When the store refunds a month, the coins that month added are removed from the balance, to the extent they have not been spent.
Right of withdrawal and refunds. As a consumer you may withdraw from the purchase of a coin pack, or of a month of the Family Club, within 14 days without giving a reason, to the extent the coins have not been spent. Refund requests are handled by the store that charged you (Apple: Report a Problem; Google Play: Order history). When a refund is granted, the refunded coins are removed from the balance. Spending coins on an episode starts the supply of that digital content immediately, and you agree that you lose the right of withdrawal for that episode at that moment.
Conformity. Unlocked episodes must play as described; if an episode does not work, contact us and we will fix it or return the coins.
Discontinuation. If Content Hub Kids shuts down, we will offer a refund for unspent coins bought within the previous 12 months.

2. Acceptable use

You may not copy, re-distribute, publicly perform, or resell content from the app, nor attempt to circumvent technical protections or disrupt the service.

3. Intellectual property

All series, artwork, and branding in the app are owned by or licensed to Costa Hub s.r.o. Watching content grants you no ownership rights.

4. Availability and changes

The catalog and features may change, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued at any time without notice. Content availability is not guaranteed in every region.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Costa Hub s.r.o. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
